Mindful Yoga

6-week group for adults

 Tuesdays 6:30 – 8:00 pm

$180 for 6-week session

Each 90-minute session will include a check-in with some discussion, followed by a gentle yoga practice. The group will be limited to 8 participants.

 Attention to the breath, guided action, and stability in yoga postures will serve to heighten the connection between mind and body with the goals of: balancing the body, quieting the mind, and self-acceptance. Each class will include a guided relaxation posture to practice mindful awareness, and to invite the release of muscular and emotional tension.

 This group is recommended for adults interesting in learning ways to integrate yoga and mindfulness into their lives to enhance physical and emotional well-being. No yoga experience is necessary.
