Level 1-2 Yoga Classes

Yoga classes are held weekly throughout the year with breaks in accordance with the studio schedules.  Note that I teach at two locations and fees, schedules, and policies are studio specific.

Please complete a registration form for a class, even if you just plan on dropping in. Once you try the class, you can decide to pay as a drop-in or sign up for a series of classes.  Please bring cash or checks only to your first class, payable to “Marlene McGrath Yoga”.

Mondays 7:30 – 9:00pm  Level 1/2 at Yoga Focus NEW Fall 2017

Tuesdays  9:30 – 11:00 am Level 1/2 at Yoga Focus

Thursdays 10:45 – 12:15 pm Level 1 at Yoga Focus

A beginning level yoga class for new or experienced students to stretch and strengthen the body, mind, and spirit. Yoga enhances well being through its effect on muscles, nerves, glands, organs, and circulation. The yoga postures can be modified to meet each student’s abilities and needs.

Level 1-2 Yoga at Yoga Focus     IMG_0039

Yoga class for students with some yoga experience or healthy, robust beginners. We will practice all categories of poses including, sitting, standing, twisting, kneeling, balancing, backbending, restoratives and inversions. The yoga postures can be modified to meet each student’s abilities and needs.
